How long until it's actually working?
It depends on what we're building:
- Time Audit — about 2 weeks
- Workflow Automation — 2–4 weeks
- Your AI Team — 4–8 weeks to fully running
You'll get an exact timeline on the first call, and we'll tell you if it changes.
What if it doesn't work as promised?
We stand behind our work. Every project includes a 30-day fine-tuning period where we adjust things at no extra cost. If we're not delivering the results we promised, we keep working until we are — or we recommend a different path, even if it isn't ours.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. You tell us what you want to achieve and give us access to the tools you already use. We do the rest, and we explain everything in plain English along the way.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Almost certainly. We connect with most modern business tools, including:
- CRMs — Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive
- Communication — Slack, Teams, email, iMessage
- Office — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
- Online stores — Shopify, WooCommerce
- Custom systems and databases
If your tool isn't listed, just ask — the answer is almost always yes.
How does pricing work?
Three models, all on the public price list:
- One-time project — $5,000–$20,000 for a specific build
- Your AI Team — $20,000 setup + $2,000/month ongoing
- Care plans — $1,000–$8,000/month for continuous improvement

Is my data safe?
Yes. We treat your data the way a bank would:
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used to train public AI models
- Privacy-regulation compliant; custom security agreements available
Will this replace my employees?
That's not what we build. Our assistants take the repetitive work — the copy-paste, the data entry, the scheduling ping-pong — so your people can do the work that actually needs human judgment. Our clients usually grow without hiring for the busywork, not by letting people go.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear. Every project includes 30 days of support, and most clients keep a monthly care plan where we monitor everything, send a plain-English report, and keep finding new time savings. You can change or cancel any month.
